Suketa K. Shah, Esq., is an Associate Attorney with Shankman Leone, P.A. She represents businesses and individuals in various aspects of business transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation.

Ms. Shah began her practice as an attorney in New Jersey, where she litigated various complex matters including construction, employment contracts, and business disputes wherein she successfully resolved these matters on behalf of her clients. She is committed to serving clients, ranging from individuals to corporations, engaged in various personal and commercial conflicts.

Ms. Shah is admitted to practice in Middle District of Florida, Florida, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Shah earned her J.D. from Vermont Law School where she participated in the Trial Moot Court Team and was awarded the International Trial Lawyer’s Award. Ms. Shah graduated from Stockton University with a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude and with Program Distinctions.

Ms. Shah is an engaged member of the Tampa Bay community. Ms. Shah is an Associate Member of the Ferguson-White Inn of Court, a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and served as the South Asian Bar Association of Florida – Vice President Tampa for the 2014 - 2015 term.
