TAMPA, FL –- Shankman Leone, P.A. is proud to name Kendra Presswood and Michael Willats as Partners of the Firm.
Kendra is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar. She focuses her practice on employment litigation in federal and state courts including claims involving allegations of race, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation and transgender discrimination, as well as litigation involving claims for sexual harassment, retaliation, and or violations of the rights of whistle-blowers. Kendra is actively involved in causes supporting animal rights.
Michael focuses his practice on traditional labor and union related issues. After beginning his career with the National Labor Relations Board, Michael became instrumental in the Firm’s traditional labor practice in the past five years. Michael also counsels and represents clients in matters relating to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as the Family and Medical Leave Act. Dedicated to his community, Michael, is as an active member of the Manatee County Chamber of commerce.
