TAMPA, FL -- Shankman Leone, P.A. is pleased to welcome Mitchell Robiner as an Attorney in the Firm's Franchise Law, and Business Litigation areas. Mitch represents businesses and individuals in various aspects of business transactions, mergers & acquisitions, litigation and construction law.

Mr. Robiner began his practice as an attorney in Tampa, where he was a Federal Clerk for Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is committed to serving clients, ranging from individuals to corporations, engaged in various personal and commercial conflicts.

Mr. Robiner is admitted to practice in Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, and the U.S. Circuit Court, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Robiner earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Robiner is also a graduate of University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. Robiner is an engaged member of the Tampa Bay community where you can find him volunteering his time coaching youth baseball.
