Natalie focuses her practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation. She is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and represents contractors, subcontractors, homebuilders, design professionals, and owners in various construction matters, including claims involving defects in construction and design, water intrusion, delay damages, lien foreclosures, default terminations, differing site conditions, bond claims and contract disputes. She also represents clients in construction licensure disputes and assists them with drafting and negotiating construction contract documents.

In addition to her construction experience, Natalie also handles a wide variety of complex commercial business matters including contract disputes, consumer and business credit disputes, real estate litigation, employment litigation, products and premises liability, employment litigation, non-compete agreements, franchise litigation and trade secret violations.

Natalie is a Tampa native who continues to give back through her involvement with a number of nonprofit charities that play vital roles in supporting community.
