Jennifer Hutchins joins Shankman Leone to practice Franchise Law and Business Litigation alongside our seasoned team of attorneys.

Ms. Hutchins graduated with her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.  While at Stetson, Jennifer was published by the American Bar Association and served on the Executive Board of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division, in addition to completing internships at private firms and with the U.S. Government. She was an Intern for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, working within the Office of General Counsel, and later for the U.S. Air Force, working within the Staff Judge Advocate’s Office at MacDill Air Force Base.

Jennifer remains an active member of the community, continuing to be involved in the Guardian Ad Litem program, a member of the George Edgecomb Bar Association and is an advocate for the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation’s- George Edgecomb Initiative.

Ms. Hutchins is also a member of the Florida Bar and Young Lawyers Division, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Saint Petersburg Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her three children.
