TAMPA, FL –- Shankman Leone, P.A. is proud to announce that Natalie Thomas and Jeffrey Shear have joined the Firm as partners. The Firm is excited to add Natalie to the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups and Jeffrey to lead the Firm’s Real Estate Group.

Natalie is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and represents contractors, subcontractors, homebuilders, design professionals, and owners in various construction matters. In addition to her construction experience, Natalie handles a variety of commercial business matters including issues ranging from contract dispute to copyright and trade secret violations. Natalie is a Tampa native and is involved with a number of nonprofit organizations, including the Helen Gordon Davis Center for Women.

Jeffrey will lead the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Jeffrey represents clients, including national and local developers, lenders, and commercial real estate groups in real estate matters involving development, financing and disposition of commercial and residential real estate. Jeffrey also represents clients in land use, zoning and permitting issues, as well as commercial lease preparation and negotiation. Jeffrey is AV Peer Rated by Martindale Hubble and sits on multiple boards serving the Tampa Bay Region, including serving as the current President of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and as Vice-Chairman and incoming Chairman of the Tampa Theatre Foundation Board of Directors.
