Austin Kahn is an Associate Attorney at Shankman Leone. Austin’s practice focuses primarily on construction, business, and franchise litigation and transactional matters.

Austin graduated cum laude with his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he played a fundamental role in developing and editing the inaugural edition of the Stetson Business Law Review, as well as participating in numerous other activities, organizations, and competitions that developed and honed the skills necessary to practice law successfully. Austin brings to his clients a consistent attention to detail and diligence to ensure all aspects of a problem or matter are taken into consideration. Through this lens, in combination with his experience in business and communication studies, Austin takes pride in approaching all issues, regardless of size or complexity, with an unwavering focus on his clients’ individual end goals and priorities.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys being physically active, spending time with his family and friends (including his two dogs, an English Bulldog and Chow Chow), travelling internationally, working on cars, and reading various genres.
